Did you know: There is NO DOHMH policy for investigating and addressing accusations of harassment, bullying, and other inappropriate behavior if they’re not covered by EEO?

A group of Local 3005 members is working on a campaign to change that. We want a DOHMH policy to ensure a work environment free from harassment, bullying, and other harmful behaviors perpetrated and enabled by supervisors and HR.
