The delegates council is (technically) the highest decision-making body in DC37. Any DC37 member can attend monthly delegate meetings as an observer. Attending delegates council meetings as an observer is a great way to learn about how our union works!

When you arrive, let front desk staff know you're a DC37 member and that you're there as an observer. Head to the basement to watch the live-stream of the meeting with other observers and union staff!
