Cross-local Contract Meeting: Organize to win $30/hour for DC37 (hybrid)

​About event:

In this hybrid meeting we will discuss how we can organize in our union to win a bold contract that includes: 

​1) A $30 per hour minimum wage for DC37 to ensure that all union members can afford to live in the city we serve

​2) 6.5% annual raises to outpace our rising rent and grocery prices

​3) Save telework and compressed schedules to reduce our commutes and improve our workplace flexibility

​The DC37 economic agreement expires in November 2026, but Mayor Mamdani and DC37 are negotiating our raises, benefits, and remote work policy now!
