Survey on new RFP policy for BHHS members

BHHS Cabinet has implemented a policy requiring many staff to review and score funding applications submitted in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) BHHS releases to the public. We created a survey to hear from our members how this new policy is impacting them or how they anticipate it could impact them if asked to review.
