Member Engagement Survey Results

Between December 2025 and February 2026, the Contracts & Negotiations Committee ran a survey to collect data from members on a range of issues. The data will help inform what we fight for before and at the bargaining table. 444 unique respondents (35% of members) participated in the survey! The committee is currently working on analyzing the full dataset. 

At the 3/25/26 membership meeting they presented on some of the survey results, including:

Notably, top priorities for members in our next contract are flexible schedules, increased salaries, and improved benefits:
