Labor Notes Conference 2026 (Chicago)

Are you interested in attending the 2026 Labor Notes conference in Chicago, Illinois, and would like your local, 3005, to pay for you to go? We got you! The Labor Notes Conference is the biggest gathering of grassroots union activists and union reformers in the US. 

Please complete this interest form so we can create and approve a budget. The deadline to complete this interest form is April 8, 2026.

Event Address: Hyatt Regency O'Hare, Rosemont (suburb of Chicago), Illinois

If notified that your trip is approved by the 3005 e-board, you will have the following expenses reimbursed: round-trip flight from NYC area to Chicago O'Hare airport, hotel for 3 nights (6/11-6/14), conference registration, and meals at an average of $18 a meal. Receipts will need to be submitted after the conference ends in order to be reimbursed.

People selected to attend will be asked to present briefly at a general member meeting on what they learned at the conference, as a group.
